It is a great pleasure to introduce myself to this Chamber. I am Begoña Pabon Cuadrado, and my work focuses on transforming leaders and companies that want to grow without losing themselves, influence without imposing, and make decisions with strategic clarity.
My story crosses worlds. Medical Doctor from the University of Navarra, MBA from IESE, I spent over 12 years leading management teams in multinational companies in the healthcare technology sector. I experienced corporate success, but also the price of poorly managed leadership: the loneliness in decision-making, constant overload, and the burnout that comes from leading without real tools to sustain impact without sacrificing humanity.
👉 That experience transformed me. 17 years ago, I made a disruptive decision: to leave the secure path and dedicate myself to what truly changes lives and organizations. Since then, I have been driving executive leaders, managers, and SMEs to discover their maximum performance, focusing on people and systems to achieve sustainable and profitable business results through executive and service leadership.
🚀 My approach crosses borders —conceptual, sectoral, generational— and this connects me deeply with the #KROSS spirit of this Chamber. I work with proprietary methodologies: Triple Leadership® (strategic clarity + powerful mindset + practical tools) and Hawk Leadership® (high-altitude vision, executive precision, intelligent adaptation). Both are born from decades of real experience, not academic theories.
I have worked with over 50 companies across multiple sectors.
What sets me apart is simple: I don’t sell smoke or magic formulas. I work with real people, real problems, and real objectives. My processes don’t entertain: they move, activate, align, and elevate. I help leaders grow without losing their essence, influence with authenticity, and generate lasting impact without sacrificing their personal balance.
